By accessing or using MobiUI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

MobiUI is an AI-powered mobile app design tool that generates screen designs based on text prompts. The service includes screen generation, visual editing, Figma export, and project management features.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use MobiUI. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Credits and Billing

Screen generation requires credits. Credits are purchased through subscription plans or individual top-ups. Credits are non-refundable once used for generation. Unused subscription credits roll over within your billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to generate harmful, illegal, or offensive content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the AI generation system
• Resell or redistribute generated designs as a competing design-generation service
• Overload or interfere with the service infrastructure
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free credits

6. Intellectual Property

Designs generated through MobiUI are yours to use. You retain full ownership of the screens and assets created from your prompts. MobiUI retains the right to use anonymized, aggregated usage data to improve the service.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

MobiUI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost profits or data.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings, which will permanently remove all associated data.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
