1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Mobiui ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Mobiui for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modifying or copying the materials
• Using the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Mobiui
• Removing any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transferring the materials to another person or "mirroring" the materials on any other server
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

3. Subscription & Billing

Subscription Terms: Your subscription renews automatically on the same date each month or year, depending on your chosen plan.

Pricing: We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not apply to current subscriptions until the next billing cycle.

Payment: You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees. Payment is processed through Dodo Payments.

Refunds: Refunds for unused credits are available within 7 days of purchase. Generated designs are non-refundable.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect immediately. No refunds are issued for remaining subscription time.

5. User Content & Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to designs and projects you create using Mobiui. You grant us a license to store, process, and display your content for service delivery.

Mobiui IP: All features, functionality, design, and content of Mobiui (excluding user-generated content) are owned by Mobiui and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Exported Content: When you export designs (React, HTML, Figma), you receive a license to use that code for your projects. You may modify and distribute exported code as needed.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes or in violation of any laws
• Harass, threaten, embarrass, or cause distress to other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to access source code
• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk download content
• Resell or redistribute Service access
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits

7. Third-Party Services

Mobiui integrates with third-party services (Dodo Payments, Anthropic Claude API, Supabase). Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for their operations, availability, or policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MOBIUI BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or suspend service for technical reasons without liability.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions, data loss, or system failures beyond our reasonable control.

10. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms & Conditions
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Repeatedly abuse our Service
• Fail to pay for subscription fees

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mobiui, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mobiui operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located therein.
